Gia is an international management consultant with Board experience, specialising in helping people grow through leadership, innovation and coaching. She has seen clients transform their lives when they start thinking and seeing differently. She is able to see the big picture and get to the root of the problem quickly. She started her working life as a research scientist, a decision made with her head rather than her heart. She had the courage to change course following an MBA at London Business School. She started coaching 15 years ago as part of her executive leadership programmes. She has a coaching certification from Achieve Today and is the co-author of “The 99 Essential Business Questions”. (She is also a Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School, City University, London).
